House Rules
Welcome to Villa Casa Tia. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please read and follow the house rules below. By staying at the property, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. General Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Please maintain the property with care and report any damage immediately.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 4:00 pm
Check-out time: 10:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability
3. Occupancy
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional visitors must be approved in advance. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
4. Noise and Disturbance
Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud music, parties, or other disturbances.
5. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Pool Use
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No glassware is permitted in or around the pool area.
8. Safety and Security
Ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa.
Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with.
9. Damage and Breakage
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required upon check-in. This deposit is held to cover any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules that may occur during the stay. The property will be inspected at check-out, and if no damage or issues are found, the full deposit will be returned to the guest immediately. In the case of damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Please report accidental damage as soon as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
10. Cleanliness
Guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness during their stay.
Please dispose of waste properly and use provided bins.
Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
11. Use of Appliances and Amenities
Please use all appliances, furniture, and amenities responsibly and according to their intended purpose.
If you encounter any issues, notify the host immediately.
12. Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity, including drug use or misconduct, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
13. Waste Disposal
Please follow local waste-sorting guidelines.
Instructions will be provided at the villa.
14. Lost and Found
Items left behind will be stored and shipped as soon as possible with no charging.
15. Compliance
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional fees, termination of stay, or withholding of the security deposit where applicable.
